Makes at least 14 skewers

  • 1 cup red wine
  • ½ cup Lea and Perrins Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup Sprite
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 pounds beef tenderloin, cut into chunks
  • 2 red peppers, seeded and cut into chunks
  • 2 onions, cut into chunks

Soak the skewers in water overnight. In a bowl, mix together the red wine, Worcestershire sauce, Sprite, salt and pepper. Marinate the beef in the mixture. Alternate beef, peppers and onions on skewers. Grill until beef and vegetables reach the desired temperature.
