On Thursday, Oct. 26, chef Dean Corbett will offer a toast to local brewery Monnik Beer Co. when he hosts a four–course dinner paired with its beers. The Monnik Beer Dinner will begin at 6 p.m. with a social hour where guests can chat with brewers while sampling beer cheese, nibbles by chef Dean and an array of Monnik beers.  The dinner will follow at 7 p.m. with each of the courses paired with 5 ounces of a Monnik beer. The dinner with beer pairings is $45 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Space is limited, so please call (502) 897-9721 to reserve your table.
