During September, chef Dean Corbett will celebrate the 32 year anniversary of his restaurant Equus & Jack’s Lounge with a three-course dinner of signature dishes. The anniversary menu includes favorite dishes like the mushroom fumé, petit Parmesan-crusted sea bass and Equus chess cake. There will be a wine list selected by the chef for guests who would like to add a $32 bottle to pair with their dinner, in addition to an anniversary bourbon cocktail.
